Do you have any experiences with Hearts and Homes? - those who have given them animals (do you know what happened to them?), those who have offered to volunteer (what was the response was to your offer) and those who have adopted from them (what condition were the animals in?). Also your experience in donating - did you receive the required 'thank you' letter for tax exempt purposes etc.?
